New observation

I have a well established 90 gal SH tank that is dedicated to pipefish and SH's which I have had for 7 years (about).
Well I pulled the substrate and of course got an algae bloom. I stuck in a small yellow tang (Don't worry just for a short stay) and you will never guess what...
The African blue stripped pipefish "cleans" him !!! He moved up to him just like a cleaner wrasse and low and behold....

I happened to be there to see it. I saw it happen, did a double take and thought I was crazy, then Mark brought it up. I didn't realize it was such a rarety, if ever documented???

Quite a spectacle to behold!!!!

Pipefish are known to carry out cleaner services so I don´t think it is that uncommon. Still a great interaction to witness though!
