New Profilux Owner

I just received my Profilux Plus II controller yesterday, and I'm having a some trouble setting it up. This is my first controller so I'm a complete newbie with this. I want to setup my basic needs for now, and will expand as new needs arise.

First off, how do I install my Powerbar? When I plug it in, the green power light just blinks. The yellow communication light doesn't light up either. Thanks for your help

The supplied data cable must be plugged into S1S4 dont plug it in anywhere else.

There is also an orange sheet that comes with all NEW profiLux's that gives you exact details on how to set up the power bar.
