New ProfiLuxControl II V3.0.7.0

Ok, now I understand what you mean.
I have the source code of mailsend, so this should not be a problem. But before I implement this code in our ProfiLuxControl I will get some more experience.

Hey, wait until I fly off on hols for 2 weeks and you launch email! Great have to get my head round this when i get back to Canada

Looks like lots of you have been having fun with it. Look forward to getting our tech support unit up and running with email now!

Happy hols!

hey mike,

In the mailsever field you should type the SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) of you internet provider.... if you are accesing your email from a browser contact them and they should provide you with a name...

Usualy they look like this:
smtp.mailserver.com

Question:
I set up the email. The test email is sent and received fine. But I don't get automatic emails. What do I need to do??

Hi Matthias.

When you say "connected," I have a WLAN card, which means it is always connected; or do you mean only when the software is on and active?

HAVE A HAPPY HOLIDAY
You should be off today...

George

yes when the software is connecte and active... it's the profilux application that sends the email... not the controler!!!

I have done a test and this is the message I get.
pH 1 8.1pH -

Temp 1 26.6C *

My conductivity and redox does not give any reading at all. Can someone please help???

Thank you for trying. Is there anyone else out there? We may have to wait for Matthias to get back.

Are you sure you inserted them into the email attachment?
You have to choose Sensor 1, Sensor 2, etc.

If you look under Sensor Overiew, are they listed there?
Try putting something else in the email body and see if it comes through.

try this as email:

Dear Fishie Nut, Thank you for your response. We have the email set up properly as you have suggested. They are listed in the sensor overview. As you can see I get the reading for temperature and for PH but not for conductivity and redox which are on sensor 3 and 4 respectively.
