new resturant BJ's brewhouse

just opened today (i think) up here by polaris mall. WOW. im completely impressed. not only do they have frambois lambic ON TAP (really hard to find in a bottle, first time ever i had it on tap!)
But its a brew house too and they have a bunch of really good home brews. chicago pizza (I had a calzone it was great) and a bunch of other stuff too. totally worth checking out

I respect your taste for Nutty Brunettes, I prefer the Blondie... Bj's is one of my favorityes when I travel - great home brews and consistently good food - be sure to try the pazookis.

Actually they kinda do have a back room, theres garage doors that look like they would close off to the resturant lol

I went (agian) today.. got the meatball sandwitch is was GREAT. they gave me a slice of the pizza (samples) WOW.. I love a good pizza. Im sure Ill be wearing myself out on the place in a few weeks time. really good stuff.

I went in last night.. I give it....drum roll please..... 3.25/4 stars. Overall it was a pretty good place. I had the pale ale, tastey, a bit expensive at $4.25 a pint though. The bbq chicken pizza was great.

My biggest issues were it's too commercial for me to be a "brew pub". Very much like a little nicer TGI Fridays with good beer and better food. I'll probably go back again.
