Thanks everyone! Going to move this guy into the main tank next Friday or Saturday.

Have a spot picked out at the very top of the tank. It's a flat rock about 10" across.

Hey tom. The nem is still doing great and looking better by the day. Been busy with work but have been dosing cipro and doing my water changes nightly. I'll try to get some updated pics tomorrow night. It's gonna be a beauty once it's in the display tank this weekend.

Andddddd the nem is in the tank on a rock pillar all its own. Looks close to the gyre pump but I promise you it's far. This is after an hour or two in he tank.

Wouldn't have been able to save this one without the treatment protocol!

Thanks! It has expanded even more since getting added to the display tank. I would guess it's around 10" or so. It's base is almost the entire rock

Looks like is doing great! Congratulations.

I have one exactly same coloration. Mine is a split from someone who has keep the mother for over five years in his tank.

Couple of questions: Are you feeding anything directly? and what kind of light is it under?

Thanks!

I have it almost directly under a 250w radium 20k bulb. It's about 8" from the surface. And right in front of nem is 5 54watt t5 blue plus bulbs. It loves the light.

Looks good. FWIW, a well lit mag does not need to be target fed. It will snare food particles randomly anyhow. I had one that I fed aggressively and it grew to almost 2' in about 18 months. Had to rehome it. My current mag gets nothing and it's only grown to about 12 inches in almost a year.
