So i will take some more pics, i am a bit further than the pics. I have the stands made for the main tank, the sump, the R/O tank/mixing tank. Have all 12 outlets wired in. Than have it all taped and mudded one coat right now. I will post them tonight hopefully for you guys to see.

yeah we ordered the reeflow sequence dart pump today, all the sch. 80 valves, unions, t's, and 90's @1.5", new RODI with dual DI and dual tds meter, some floats, mag flak glues and blaw blaw blaw, but the good news is, i bought it from bulkreefsupply and am excited to see how they do here.

so here are some pictures of the stands i have built. I am going to be building a sump on the bottom were that tank is sitting, well that is the sump/fuge without the dividers. Than on top of that stand is going to be my ro / mixing station. Also I dut the whole cause i am putting all my wiring to the other side and that is were the controllers and everything like that is going to go in an acrylic enclosure in case of my kids. Than of the back of the stand i am building a walk way 2 feet up so i can work on the tank much more easily.

yeah i knew about the filter guys, I tried to work with him one day when i was in duluth and he was out of town, no biggie, i messaged him pm again and asked if my bro that goes to umd could pick some stuff up and he just didnt reply in time for me not to just throw it on the order. It all does the same thing man, it dont really matter. I am the kind of guy that if i am giving you buiseness i need prompt buiseness and i found that at bulk reef supply with great help on filling out my order. Way i see it is just needed it by this weekend for the tank move and was nervous he would not get back to me with the answer i wanted even though he did say he could do it but it was just to late. I was basically covering my rear end.

yeah i have heard nothing but great things about them, just bad timing is all. So now my new skimmer i guess will be here on saturday supposedly. I have to completely rebuild my sump cause this has a footprint of like 12 by 20. So than now my sump to still have my fuge in it is going to be tricky. The sump and pump section are going to have to be side by side after skimmer in sump section. Kinda frustrating but what can you do.

well i threw away 150 dollars today, broke my first tank ever drilling it. Have no idea why, same process as always, i think some jerk used tempered glass on the sides.

Wow that sucks, What tank was it? new sump?? I have only drilled one tank and it went good. was kind of nervous but just went slow.

I might be coming over with Val on Sunday but will have to see what time I get back from Fargo on Sat night...

2 weeks ago I went from our house to your and then to fargo now I am going from our house to fargo then to yours.. that is a 500 mile round trip!!!

yeah that is the new sump, ruined. So starting over. I have 18 pieces of glass i am going to have cut tomorrow so the sump will be more like 75 gallons, whick allows my fuge to be more like 30 gallons so it is going to work out better. I am just going to do a euro braced sump and build it myself so i know it is not tempered. Well if i see you on sunday sounds good to me.

Pics are much nicer now. Are some of those items in the photos some of what I am getting? I am so excited to get there and see everything in person!!! three days and counting...

BTW You didn't waste any time digging into this new project did you...looking good!

Nope nothing in the pictures are yours Val he sold all of that stuff and is going to give you a fake address hahahahaha you will never get your stuff!!!!

But I think that one 2x4 might be your but you will have to ask him!!!

yeah i dont waste time, it is the only thing in life you cant buy. I basically do not like sitting still ever. Work pretty much 7 days a week since I was out of college.

No my old sump is going to be stripped out clean and that is going to be my RO/salt mixing tank and is going to sit above the new sump in the stand. I also picked up some marine 2 part epoxy's from a painter friend of mine in hibbing that is going to cover all the lumber on these stands. Just not really sure what we are going to do about the smell.

Yeah pictures are better and maybe some of it is. It has been so long val since we were actually posting of what you are getting i dont remember. Yeah the pics dont do it justice, i am no photographer.

Well, my hubby is the same way. When I agreed to everything I am purchasing all we had was a tank. In less than two weeks, he has conquered the "honey do" list and it is up and running...all we are missing is the wood to go around the metal stand, and we are done...RO/DI installed, tank drilled with closed loop and two DIY overflows, purchased the sump, skimmer, and he has it all going...I'm very impressed with him!

So, how are we going to know what is mine and what is not if you can't remember...all I did was write down some numbers of what I am getting...LOL! I'll have to go back and try to figure it out then...

yeah i was just going to print the list for it all. I will have it all ready for you, dont even need to worry at all. Why dont you take some pics of your tank progress. I dont know about everyone else but i like pictures. Good way to get other ideas from time to time.

I will work on getting some pics up tomorrow. It is set up in the shop with fresh water running through it right now. We have to get it moved into the house tomorrow, so we are ready for Sunday afternoon. Alan wishes he could plumb it over again and do things a bit differently, but we are going to run with it the way it is. He says he don't want to spend another day and a half and $100.00 to redo it all. When we get the 125g that I ultimately want we will do it all the way he wishes he would have done this. The 75g is not the final tank...

I am actually thinking of moving it all into a big rubbermaid container like some of the propagaition tanks you see here on RC, I will just pull out my lights and set up my whole tank basically in that. The only reason is that you are taking my water so you can cycle your tank. Half of the gear i have been getting wont be here tell the middle of next week. So I still have to have my tank up and running when you leave to take care of what i am keeping. So I am going to drop like 75 gallons of my tank the way it is right now and get the sand and rock out and everything else you need and Than i need to make 75 gallons of water and get it back in the tank so i am not screwed. I know it will take me at least another week before i can even think about moving anything. I would just leave it all in the container but i got a feeling my two kids would like that a little too much and or my dogs and cats.
