new spot

Well, I may quit and start up a bakery, or a restaurant or even a fish store. But I have some time yet. I see that is an H&S. Are those Aquabees??

All 3 baby, and i love bakery food!!!!makes me want a donut right now or some fresh bread would be killer. So yeah three aquabees equals 108 watts.
It better be good cause my power bill is going to see it. :0(

yeah i was shocked myself. The funny part is that i have huge hands and they even make them look small. I mean i can palm a basketball all day long. I really just started laughing when i saw them.

Hey Val, aren't you glad you didn't buy that huge tank from that guy in Vegas?? Imagine the plumbing bill alone!! And then the lights, the skimmer and all the pumps!!

I am over in Fargo now but I think we are leaving this afternoon so I should be able to come with Val. I can pick up your stuff too Cammie
Val I will give yo a call either later tonight or in the Morning, you will be on the road by 6ish right??

Just call Alan's cell either way...he always keeps it on him, except from 6-7 when we are in church tonight...

I'm thinking that most of the plumbing would have come with it besides the skimming plumbing...I already wish I has a 125g instead of the 75g, but that will come...who knows what we may put in the store some day!!!

You're thinking of upgrading already Val?? If you do, look into tanks with a 24" width (front to back). You won't ever go back to the 18" width. A 120g is 4' x 2' x 2' and a 180g is 6' x 2' x 2'. Of course a 240g is 8' x 2' x 2'.

Well val i have your gear ready. Everything is in the tank. You should consider bringing a power converter using your cigerette litter and a heater so you can keep the water warm with the coral and fish in it.

I don't think we own a power converter...is this something I could pick up in Bemidji, and where would I get one if I can?

I should also get directions and a phone # if possible in the event that something happens or we can't find your place, can you pm me Andre'?

heck ya. consider yourself pmd. Walmart or anywhere like that sells them in the auto department. You just plug it in cig. lighter, than you get to plug a heater into converter. I am just saying it would keep your water right temperature. It would gurantee survival and rapids has a walmart or target or whatever. It is up to you, i thought i had one from when i was younger but cant seem to dig it up anywhere.

we'll see what we can find. So, if I am understanding it...this converter will take a cigarette lighter plug in and turn it into a regular outlet that I can plug one of my heaters into???

k, so anyone think i should do a closed loop with a bigger sequence pump with a big om 4 way and get rid of the koralis? We got the tank moved and right now would just be the perfect time to do it, i am just worried about breaking the tank. I am trying to cut down on my power usage and also i have a mag 12 that i wont be using anymore if someone wants it. Lets say 60 bucks. Than if i do decide to go closed loop i would have the koralis to get rid of but i think HD wants them.

I would do the closed loop. I love mine so far...not a bad thing to say about it at all. No wires and equipment in the tank either. Besides, what are the chances of you breaking two tanks? We drilled 6 holes in ours and everything went fine. Just be sure it says it is an all glass aquarium.

How old is the Mag12? I may be interested - go figure :D
