I was by the store to check on the progress and was happy to see that tanks and livestock are already there, The store opens tomorrow morning. I wish Pat best of luck in his new store!

Yes, I believe it is Dania Beach, It is between Stirling and Griffin, Right across from Jackson's ice cream
Yeah, right across from Jackson's alright...I couldn't work for Pat cause I would be at Jackson's all the time! The map isn't too accurate...doesn't show that he is literally right across the street...there is a banner on the building that says Reef Life though.
The store is looking good, he's got just about all of his tanks up. He's expecting a nice livestock shipment by next weekend...that'll be worth checking out. If you need dry goods, equipment and whatnot, he's still fully stocked as he was before...lots of selection.
Nice that he's closer to where we live now...let's see I have to go to the airport quite often with Randy traveling now...maybe I'll ask him to make his flights during Pat's business hours....tee hee!

I walked into the store around 6 and he was sleeping. I woke him up cause i needed some water and he said its higher now cause of commercial interest.

It is just sad to see comments like this wether they are true or not, there is really no good taste in your comments and no good intentions either, in a post that was clearly to welcome back a LFS that has been with us for a long time.
This is not the first time I've noticed this kind of uncalled comments from you, just sad.

went in there on sat i believe. nothing too amazing, but he admitts it. He said that he had a huge shipment of corals and fish coming in hopefully for this weekend. He had a couple nice things in there. there was this coral called a porites which I guess is really rare. purple with red polyps. very bright. about 1" big, but I'm trying to set up and buy the drygoods to get my tank stable before I buy too many corals. I'm not having troubles with the tank just feel it would be that much better if I set it up the right way!
Store will be gorgeous. Real easy to get to and see. Lots of room. little tank selection, but nice tanks. drygoods were looking good. and as soon as he fills up the fish and coral tanks it'll deff be back up to par.

Im not trying to put him down or anything, If you think I am lying you can ask him your self. He said he was up till 3am setting up the store and he dozed off. I coulda walked out with some stuff like an a$$ which you are trying to make me look like Rogger, but I didnt I simply woke him up and asked for some water.
The thing I dont understand is about his water going up due to commercial interest. What does he mean by that?

Also I used to go there when they were closer to my house on griffin and pine island and he was a nice guy so Im not trying to knock anyone.
