New Store opening soon

Hi Everyone,

I just got done talking with Dennis (use to work for O Street and then AquaWorkz). He's opening up a new store in Sacramento between beginning to mid October located at 7500 14th Ave, Suite 3, Sacramento.

Anyway, he mentioned his shop will be more like a boutique. He will be specializing in tank setups, installations, filtration systems. He'll also have saltwater fish and corals at a discounted price.

The cool thing is, if you are a VIP customer, he will give you a guarantee on any livestock for 5 days!!! You definitely can't beat that. In addition, anyone can come in and get free DI water up to 20 gallons per day.

Hope you all check it out when it opens.

I never would have expected to see someone opening a store in this hobby in this economic environment. Best of luck to Dennis. I'll happily add another store to my Sacramento rounds.

I've heard about this for awhile.

I know the guy that he is opening it up with. Should be pretty cool once it's all said and done. It's supposed to be pretty high end stuff...

Ditto. Especially to high-end stuff. Then again, where did much of the affluence over the last eight years go? Not to the middle class, that's for sure. So maybe he already has a specific market that might not be as affected as 'we' are.

I'm holding my breath and barely hanging on. Still smiling however. Growth has got to start somewhere.

Way to go Dennis! He was always one of the most knowledgeable people at the fish stores he used to work for, way to go on getting your own store! Wishing you success!
