New tang is very interested in melanurus

I've had my Kole tang in my acclimation box since Sunday morning. Last night, Tuesday, I introduced it into my DT since no fish (melanurus, clown and flasher warsse) paid it any attention what so ever. Well of course as soon as the Kole leaves the box they're all extremely interested. There was a little darting but no aggression on anyones part. Shortly there after I noticed the Kole followed my melanurus everywhere. The mela did and still is flashing at the Kole who just seems to be following him like a puppy. Which ever side of the tank the wrasse goes to, the tang is right behind. I can tell it bothers the wrasse a bit, like I said he is flashing at the tang. Is this normal for tangs to become somewhat "attached" to another fish? This is my first tang so I have no experience with them.

My Kole tang follows my melanurus wrasse all over the tank and this has been going on for months, there's no aggression between the two, their just always together.

My lavender tang and my melarunus chased eachother every night durring the ramp down. All throughout the day was friendly but then BAM, its lights out lets FIGHT! The lavender tang was a neurotic jerk though.

There is a type of symbiosis that can occur with fish that is commensalism rather than mutualism. Since the wrasse is going around rooting around looking for food, the tang may follow it eating residual stuff that the wrasses stirs up. Similar to the relationship between pilot fish and sharks.
