built by paul at first class aquatics its an 80g at 48x24x16.
shallow so its easier to light properly mainly. ill be picking it
up this weekend, pretty excited.
sequence dart for closed loop and it will be bare bottomas it will be
sps only tank should be fun.

need some stuff

need some stuff

hey guys thought id ask here first, if anyone had any of the following things they arent in need of

CO2 regulator,needle valve,solenoid
calcium reactor if the price is right
ph controller/monitor
external pump at around 500 600 gph
fuge light
glass drill bits to borrow
patience

im patiently waiting on my OM 4 way to get this baby setup, driving me crazy having no water in it.

did you get that frag tank up in place of the 75 yet fdfire?

I just ordered a glass drill bit and I will be configuring my sump with a 1 inch bulkhead for an external Genx 70hp. Thus I will have my OceanRunner 3500 internal/external pump, check valve, ball valve, flexible tubing, SCWD, 600 gph overflow, and a 45 mm bit with one hole under its belt. The OceanRunner is rated at 900 gph. However, after you figure out all the elbows, checkvalve, ball valve, head height, SCWD etc... It never did overflow my 600gph overflow. It pushed it but matched well.

I ordered my bit from ebay and some locline for my new eductors from salty critter this week. I'll more than likely complete my project in the next few weeks if you care to wait for the above equipment. I normally sell stuff for 40% to 60% of new cost. I take care of my stuff.

I have the cheap diamond bit from e-bay for a 3/4" and 1" bulkheads. The 1" bit was used on 4 holes and should have some more life in it for a few more holes. You can borrow if you would like. I'm in Twinsburg not far from 480.

Let me know
Phil

i do need a good glasss or acrylic fuge like a 20 long or something. drilling some small tank like that might be a pain though. any one have any ideas?

ya theres 2, each should cover 1/2 of the tank (2x2). anyone know how much cut glass usually is? like for average sump baffles. know anywhere cheap?

heres an update been running about 1.5 months in this shot just the rock. picture taken at "daybreak" thats why its so dim. not to mention my camera sucks. got the rock from critter, two massive 35# pieces and 2 small ones. anyone have a suggestions for new bulbs? id like something more blue i might try the pheonix 14k but man they look blue in pics.
