New Tank

Hey Everybody, I finally started my first saltwater (and first fishtank ever) last week. I got a hitchiker that my roommate just noticed about 5 minutes ago. I got a few pictures of it--any ideas what it is? Is it harmful? Thanks a bunch.

fireworm.... i think... could be a bristle worm too.... i think bristle worms are ok.
