I bought a 75 tonight. I might set it up instead of the 150. Its already drilled and has nicer stand and canopy. I also think it might be easier(CHEAPER) to operate

Now I need a overflow box. I was planning on just building a box around the three holes, but one is about a half inch lower than the others. How bad will that screw things up?

It should not screw anything up. You can always put a 90 degree elbow on thaqt one, turn it upwards and add as much or as little PVC to make it any level you like.

I like the canopy on that one. Opening from the top is the best way. IMO
