I went to purchase the RL30 yesterday and put it in my cart at 269.99 + 14 shipping.

I then searched for the Apex Jr controller on your website and spent about an hr trying to figure out if you sold that unit.

I ended up leaving and coming back today to notice the RL30 in my cart is now 309. When I saw the ad here it showed prices good until 2-20, so I'd like to know if you are willing to honor the price that was posted yesterday when I clicked through from your ad that listed prices good through 2-20.

Please let me know.

Also, I'd like to purchas the Apex Jr as well, but I still can't find it on your website. Please let me know if you carry this item.

Hi, bhinkle50. Thank you for visiting our forum here on RC. We removed the Apex Jr from our website because it has been out of stock so long, we did not want customers to get frustrated that we were advertising a product we didn't have available. We are told by Neptune Systems that we should be receiving more Apex Jr inventory as early as Friday or as late as Tuesday next week. We will post them on our website shortly thereafter.

We've secured the $269.99 on the JBJ RL30 until 2/29/12, so if you want to wait and order everything together, you should be able to do so. If you'd like to place two separate orders, that's cool, too.

We're presently working on improving site search speed and relevancy, although if you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at 1-800-566-FISH (3474) or send us an email. We also offer live chat M-F on our website. An hour is an awful long time to spend searching, so we apologize for the confusion regarding the availability of the Apex Jr.

An update on availability, in case you haven't ordered yet. We just sold out of the 30-gallon JBJ Nano-Cube RL, but have more arriving tomorrow. If you want to place your order today, just call us at 1-800-566-FISH (3474) and we'll set up a backorder for you. We will ship your new tank immediately after it hits our dock (you also won't be charged until we send it out).
