New to the Nano reef

This clarkii is MEANER than my perculas and they are mean fish. We may have to capture his firefish and use it as bait, I'll bring a bucket.

Colin, Looks ever better!

I re-did the frag tank, the live sand was not enough, so I added somemore dry sand. I added some LR that was in the sump for looks. Waiting for the sand storm to die down and will put the frags back in. Will shoot a pic when done!

It was nice of you to take a picture of the firefish, give you something to show the cops!

That gorg is looking good...and healthy. Man, have you got a variety there. Actually, whole tank looks incredible.

My new thing is mushrooms and Ricordia's. Can't have enough of those

The gorgs are cool. I have tried twice in the past with them and had poor results. These were from sealifeflorida.com and seem to be much hardier. Doubling the light helped as well since they are mainly photosynthetic.

This is a case where a picture doesn't tell the whole story. I bet there is only 5 gallons of water in there it is literally packed! The coral is something else! I was inside for maybe 15 minutes and I know I did not see the whole tank!

The firefish is very majestic, he has a springeri dottyback, blue assessor, neon goby oh and the flame angel. Zoa out the wazoo, mushrooms, blastos, pogada, gorgonian, rics..........Come on Colin what else?

They came with a little rubble but I am just letting gravity do their thing. They will eventually cling to the rock themselves but if I need to I'll use aquamend.

On that site check out page 4 under the mushroom section. That green yuma is crazy. I want it but not for $100 shipped

There is some awesome coral on that site. Did you check out the Hall of Fame, how about that gonipora. Those anemone are sweet too.

Steve, there are a few more down the line. Did you check out that gonipora site? I still have not read through it yet. My flower pot shed polyps big time last night only about 20% of the base has polyps, I re did both the 10g and the frag tank and maybe too much stress? Have a good time last night?

Yeah....last night was interesting. No more shots for quite a while. Its been almost 24 hours and I am still hurting.

So, how goes the 20g tank...all still looking good? Hopefully, you haven't had any loss of life due to the unfortunate cracking incident...

And, watch out for those shots...they tend to feel good going down but catch up with ya in the end!!

And let me know when you guys are gonna Ninja Colin's tank...I'll have to fly out for that...I have my eye on some of his stuff just from the pics...I'm sure I can distract him long enough for you guys to grab some for me too!! :lmao:
