Hello everyone.
I have the Tunze 6105 with the 7092 controller.
Everything was going well and I was very happy with my pump since this afternoon.
When I returned home from work I heard a strange cklicking sound coming from the pump. At first I thought that it needed to be cleaned so I took it of and started disassembling it.
Then I saw that the shaft was broken from the base and the magnet was stuck with it.
I was realy disappointed and I would like to share it with you. The pump is new less than a year old and I can't explain why did that happened.
If anybody could give an explanation would be much appreciated.
I live in Greece and I don't know where should I address the problem and if it is covered by the guarantee.
So any help on this too would be very nice!

ps: I will try to post some pictures of the damaged pump if I manage to take any good one...

Tunze Germany would handle the repair, this generally is only possible on the 6105's made in early 2012 as we had some shafts that had a defect, I would email Tunze Germany from the website, tunze.com.

Roger thank you for your reply and for all the help you provide to all us with the tunze products.
I will contact tunze Germany through the site and i hope i get a quick reply.

Thanks again!
