New Tunze 6200 making noise

I bought one of my tunze 6200 approx 2 months ago. I use it on my 150g for almost 2 months it was fine. I took it out of my old tank, clean it up really good with RO/DI water even though the pump is not being dirty. I hooked it up into my 240g cube using the Magnet and it make some weird noise.

Roger, what can i do to fix this problem?

First make sure the bush bearing is fully inserted, then check that no debris hardened on the upper bearing/ magnetic rotor interface. Otherwise let it run, it likely just has some air in it provided the other possibilities check out.

Another question for you Roger, my other three tunze 6200 the impeller look completely different. It looks like one piece. Is it the new design?
