New Tunze setup need help

I just installed two TUnze 6100's with Multi Controller on my 240 (96 by 30 by 18 deep). I have two over flows about two feet in on back of tank ____/=\_______/=\____ . For the best look I mounted each stream on the inside angle of the overflow and faced them to the far corner. Theory was that this would help reach far corners better than mounting them at either end of tank. Your thoughts on this? Also this probably is a dumb question but the 4 plugs on the bottom of the controller are they 1a,1b,2a,2b Across, and if running two streams in Pulse mode should one be plugged into 1a, and one into 2b? The current setting I have is Pulse, 3 seconds 50 percent by 100%. Do you reccomend something different?

30-100% wouyld give the most turbulent pulse. On a 7095 it doesn't really matter what sockets you use. The 7094 is particular though. I think it would be best to set up the pumps in the actual corners, just because I see more potential for dead spots this way.
