Well guys I have been de-motivated for too long trying to nurse back my old tank. I went out and found this 90g glass tank on craigslist.
I know the back glass is not tempered so I am planning on drilling it for overflows. I am thinking of using 2x1" overflows drilled through the back on the right and left sides. Low profile covers. With ball valves closed down so the water level is about 3" higher than the tube. They are supposed to be dead silent I plan on having one extra tube fully open above the water line but below the top of the tank, in case something were to get plugged.
I need some help setting up the filtration and dosing. My setup now doesn't seem to be working.
I will be ready to drill the glass soon so let me know what you all think.
Also, I have the opportunity to go in-wall. Any reasons you guys reccomend against this...
