New Vortech MP10 SD defective

Hi, i just got my unit today, unfortunately it is not functioning, i followed the procedure on the manual, then plug the unit, the controller is blinking red, then i tried to unplug and replug but to no avail the controller shows no lights at all and the power supply is blinking green.

Try this. Sounds like a disconnect error.
