New vs Old Phosban Reactor

When I purchased my Phosban Reactor from you guys, I was assured that I was getting the newer model.
At MACNA this weekend, I realized that I actually got the older model (with the thumb-screws) and not the newer screw-top model.
How do I go about changing this for the new one as it was sold to me after the new one was released (it was actually on back-order because you were awaiting the new ones)?

Hi Albert,

Thanks for your post. I looked up your accout and noticed that your Phosban Reactor was purchased in April. The newer Phosban Reactors (with the twist-off lids) were actually not released until late June/early July. At the time of purchase in April, your Phosban Reactor (with the thumbs screws) was the newest and only version available at the time. As these reactors are very popular, we pretty much never have any old stock on hand. There was actually no information on the newer version until we received our shipment in June.

If I looked up the wrong accout and you purchased your Phosban reactor after June, please let me know and I will check into it further.

If you did purchase your Phosban Reactor in April and would like to purchase the new Phosban Reactor, we will be happy to offer you a discount.

very well Joseph, i must sincerely apologize then.
I dont know where i got that then, must be my mind is just fried from MACNA. must be something else then that i ordered from you that i got a newer model for and i mixed it up. I didnt think it would be like you guys to send me an older model when a newer one is available.
Glad I asked, and glad you were able to clear it up for me.
Sorry again for my mistake here.

The current model is fine, wouldnt by a new one - it is just a hassle with those screws - i could see why they updated that.
