Hey Lunchbucket
You get your pump yet.
Looking forward to seeing some more pics.
I haven't had a chance to post my pics yet, was very busy with the renovations, Easter long weekend, & family things. (You got to keep the wife happy if you know what I mean) LOL

Wow... I plugged mine in about an hour ago. I'm running the Cimarron Valuflo Sequence pump on an eight way with 2 ports running at a time.

I'm running 2 revolutions and the rest are just 3/4" openings (4 ball pipes). The pump is quiet and of course you cant even here the motion machine running. I've got water movement that I'm happy with now and I'm pulling out 10 powerheads... several 1700 and one 2500 (rio) as well as other smaller ones. I'm moving more water with this set up than I was with the powerheads.

I'll get some pics up in a bit. The plumbing took a long time as I had to fit it on an existing 135 under the stand as well as figure out the drain into the pump. I've got more 45's than you can count in there :)

Here's some pics of the tight fit.

The closed loop return looks sweet, just wondered if the pump actually drew any air from the surface of the tank, I found mine caused minature whirlpools till I lowered the inlet. if you see any air exiting the returns, you know where to look.

Paul

PS anyone in the 27021 NC area, I need a little help.

I thought about that and left myself some room. I should be ok even when I power down the main pump.

Note to others that may want to place it under the stand.

The pump on the unit gets kinda hot. As you can see from the "tight fit" picture, the motor is right up next to the bottom of the tank. I placed a fan on the motor as it was almost too hot to touch. The fan cooled it down a bunch. I'm sure the heat doesn't make it into the unit itself, however, the motor is only about an eighth of an inch from the bottom of my tank.

Hi Patrick

Make sure you have oceansmotions spelt correctly, I have some people sending monies through paypal with the incorrect spelling

there is always the toll free line.

Paul

I suggest you give it another test Patrick, everything appears to be ok, I have not heard of any other e-mail issues.

Paul

Where are you all buying your Sequence pumps from? They seem to be the standard for high flow and low noise with low head.
