New Yellow Headed Sleeper Goby

I have no idea where that is it hardly comes out and when it does it swims back into the rocks as soon as I set foot in the room

OK guys I'm convinced my goby kicked the bucket. All 10 Nassarius snails disappeared for a whole day same day as I didn't see the goby for the 1st time. A. I want to keep on of these gobies. B. Is that possible since I don't have a refugium? And lastly if not how do I keep my sand looking white with something else?

These gobys are shy but if you have a pair, they will eventually settle down and be very active.
Mine didn't eat much for few days but now they are hogs!
Oh I'm pretty sure they will be spawning any day now.
Btw these gobys like to dig under rocks and hide (when shy) so give it some times, it will probably come back... fingers crossed.

Are your rocks on the bare bottom of the tank or on the sandbed? Might want to put them on bare bottom and fill in sand if not so he want burrow down and get pinned by a rock.

Yes I do have them on the bottom and I understand that my questions involve feeding thanks I do a lot of research before buying fish and I'm supposed to be able to feed them frozen food but mine didn't eat it and that is what I'm worried about with getting a new one. My question concerns feeding

I just read where you said you had not seen it so guess that is why I was asking about the rocks. Sorry for trying to help.
