So today the 12th November is the second day of the cycle 50L/10G ive tested my water with Salifert test kits

Ph - 8.15
Ammonia - 0
Nitrites - 0
Nitrate - 20

Why is my nitrate so high or even detectable im using RODI water pre mixed from my local fish shop with 4.5kilo on Live Rock and crushed coral Sand. by any chance has my tank already cycled or do i need something boost the cycle such as a raw prawn/shrimp.

Did you purchase that "live rock" locally and it was sitting in a tank of water?
If so its already cycled and you will not have a cycle (the local fish store already did the cycling for you before you got it)..
Thats the whole point of buying live rock locally.. The cycle already happened so you can buy a tank/fish/rock and go home and set it all up and live happily ever after..

OOOOO I see okay so im not getting fish untill start of Decemeber so couple of weeks, Do i just leave the tank alone or ghost feed it to keep alive the bacteria ?

Just leave it alone.. No need to feed..
But you can do water changes to get the nitrates down lower..
Under 10 is optimal..

and of course you will need to top off with "freshwater" (no salt) to account for evaporation.. (salt doesn't evaporate)
