I know a lot of corals require a matured tank (6 months +?)..

Do Zoa's fall under that category? How soon after a tank is up can Zoa's be introduced?

Also - I have a 48" 4X65 PC fixture for my 55g.. 10K and Actinic T3.. Lighting good enough?

I'm most definitely a noob. Still reading!

depends on whats happening in the tank. what are the levels? are there large swings in temp/ph/salinity? is there nh3 present at all? IMO its never good to rush things, however, IME many zoos are hardy and will survive less than optimal conditions but they arent going to thrive that way, so whats the point? also, when i was using PC lighting my zoos liked to be as close as possible. the ones that were 2-3 inches from the surface did the best.

Argh damn this PC lighting. Worst invention ever.

Nitrates, Nitrites, pH, Alk have all been steady for over 3 weeks. Upswing in NO3 today for some reason, but its time for a water change..

Otherwise, the tank has stayed stable for quite some time. I don't want to put anything in tomorrow, but I'd like to over the next 4 weeks at some point if its going to be OK.
