next frag swap?

I'd like to see one in early August so I can clear out my frag tank before I go but I think they were shooting for September the last I heard.
 
We have been working on.. But no date set in stone.

August would be nice, but there are a lot of people that just don't mess with the hobby that time of the year.
 
I agree, August is typically a terrible time for a frag swap. Its just a good time for me :D
 
There is a senior center here in the small town of Grantfork. It is 50 bucks to rent. I may consider hosting one.
 
Funny I would let you host one in the basement of my house, if I could talk the wife into it.

I would serve Miller Lite for $1 a bottle or we could just keg it up.
 
Well maybe Capo could have it at his senior center and he wouldn't have to travel. Sorry Capo it was too easy.

I'm gonna take some Ex-Lax now and will have some special frags for you in the morning.:D

We're not against having as many swaps as people would like to have. We just hate to throw a party and have no one show up.:D

If you'd like to host one feel free. Just save some money and/or frags for the next one.
 
We've been known to visit folks homes on pizza nights but can always setup a tour if we can get some members to volunteer to host.

The problem with having frequent swaps is that they cease to become something special. Two or three a year keep them interesting and draws a bigger crowd.

The other thing is you can hang out on Pizza Nights and oftentimes we go to each other's house and hit each other up for frags. I have been given many a free frag from Mark, Roy, and Fade and I think formal swaps are best 1-2/year at most for the above reasons.
 
Sounds good.

I know a few of us that live way over here on the east side. Cannot swing pizza nights on weeknights. We would like to see more on Saturdays or Friday nights. Maybe when I get my tank up I will host one on a Saturday.
