Next Meeting Idea

Iam, whats the deal with the veggies? I know they are healthy probably even to sea dwellers but how much of these would be found on a reef in the wild?
Sci33: Is the intention to feed fish or corals? One main difference should be the particle size. Could we make 2 batches? One for each? How about 10.00 a person or something like that? Joe is donating the seafood so we need someone to lay out for the cyclopeze, spiruina selcon etc.

I'll be donating the cyclopeeze, mysis. I have spirulina flake food as well as a spirulina powder.
There are some questions regarding how well fish can digest land plants and cellulose.

It may be a good idea to do both, a fish food and a coral food.

one coral mix and one fish mix.

coral mix could contain stuff like cyclop-eeze, goldenpearls/oyster eggs, marine cyclopz/rotifers , etc..

Well its good we have time on our hands but we have to decide which mix to go with. Borneman has one in his book but I figure Joe may have his own recipe he uses at Atlantis. Also Iammat seems to have one as well.

No recipe on my end, just feeding different foods.

dunno exactly, that is what I used when I interned at the aquarium in Virginia Beach.

I guess it would be better if an assortment of algae was substituted for some of the veggies
