My tank has been up and running fine since i started it, however recently my niger triggerfish has been showing signs of disease. All my other tank occupants (clownz, tang n' puffer) are showing so signs of stress or disease and are completely thriving. I also have an anemone in the tank and am not sure if perhaps the trigger hurt itself that way somehow.
The symptoms are, clouded eyes, fins seem to look as if they have been "burnt" a bit and he doesn't come out as much from his cave. He seems to eat a bit but still looks more distressed then usual. Prior to this i saw him 'flick' on the rocks a little but this was only once and i never saw him do it again. There are no white spots or anything on his body from what I have seen.
Water parameters - 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 1ppm nitrate, salinity 1.026
I am guessing this is nothing to do with water quality as triggers can take much more then this however I am thinking it might have been some sort of injury? Unfortunatly I havent been able to get any photos as he's been in his cave for most of the day. I will try and update some if I can get some clear photos. thankz for any help.

If the fish has flukes, they will show up as opaque dots first, than fall off making the dip look like a snow globe.
