No communication, no product, and no refund

I placed an order earlier in the year for some ballasts and fish food. Upon receiving the order I emailed you guys right away to let you know that the food was not shipped with the other products and to please ship it out or refund the price. I have since emailed a couple more times and have not gotten a response.

I should have learned my lesson the first time I had issues with you not responding to a problem with an order, but no, I gave you a couple more chances... I know it's only $10, but it's quite irritating how poor your communication skills are. In fact, it seems the only way you'll respond to a problem is if I advertise just how awful your customer service is on this forum.
 
I've been having problems with my Octopus skimmer. And so far Albert has been very easy to get a hold of. That's not to say my problems with the skimmer have been fixed but I will find out what's going on within the next couple days.
 
Pete, if you can work something out with Albert, I will bring it up to you.

Albert has always been there for me when I have needed to get ahold of him. Even saved my @ in a crisis a couple weeks ago.

I apologize about the item missing from your shipment.
We do not have a record of your emails in our system.
Unfortunately, even with our email spam detector set to the low level some emails are directed into spam folder.
In the future if you do not get an email response from us within 24 hours either call us or post your question / concern in this forum. That will ensure that we are aware of the problem right away so we can correct it in the timely matter.

We will get missing item shipped later today. You should receive it tomorrow.
