No internet

There doesn't seem to be a definite answer anywhere on this one, or I can't dig deep enough to find it. Is there a program to work with the radion through the laptop with the USB cable in an OFFLINE capacity. The house the lights are going in currently has no internet but I can install programs my laptop in other locations then bring it with me to hook up to the radion. Everything I find is talking about ONLINE I'm looking if some ones had experience working with them in a OFFLINE setting

You could just use your smartphones hotspot for 20 mins to set it up. I did it that way when I moved into my house.

You could also just set them up in a place with internet and then move them over. The program and timing will remain in them for I think 10 days.
