No reply from premium

I left an email about an order I placed and did not get a reply so I'll ask here. I placed a large order and in that order I had two 6' vho atinics that when I hooked uplitnfor two hours and now they won't come back on. I have even switched fixtures to check if it was my ballast but that didn't work out. Can someone get back to me.
