I treated for flukes but they are still scratching. I but them in the display tank and will just let them be. I wont put any other fish in there so it does not transfer.

I tried to take a pic of both but the other kept hiding from the cam. Pic is sideways for some reason.

Plenty of them... Problem is none of them work. There is no such thing as a "reef safe" ich treatment that actually works

I wont do put them back in qt because I have spent too much on treatment it's not worth it. I know its sad to see them hurting, but they are very healthy and strong against the disease. Normal eating and swimming, still coming to the front when I walk near the tank, so it seems they are healthy.

Whatever it is, its in their gills because there is because there as no spots at all and no marks. But they are definitely scratching every 10-15m.
So as my last choice ill leave them together in a tank with just the two clowns, hermit crabs and corals. The other fish are in another display tank and are fine.

I did read about the reef safe treatment but it mentioned they do not work.

Herbtana by Microblift will help knock it back.
I use 2 cap fulls added *slowly* over a 5 minute period to my 2 HOB filters in a 75 gallon tank.
Remove carbon when using.

Add again the next day if that doesn't work immediately.

Not a cure. It's just to reduce symptoms.
Keep feeding well, often and a variety of foods.
Live clams are supposed to help improve fish health by improving/diversifying the fish's gut bacteria.

Best way to keep it under control if you are not going to fix it properly by keeping the tank empty of fish for 76 days.

Your Turbo snails will hate you and climb out of the water.
Nothing too visible on astrea snails, hermit crabs, brittle starfish or skunk cleaner shrimp and red fire shrimp.

I use it whenever I add new fish to the accumulation box after a FW dip.

I feed flakes and I throw in frozen brine shrimp for the corals to catch, if the clownfish don't eat it all first. I will try the herbtana treatment. They are happier in the big tank which is good for them to stay strong.
Questions; Will a 3-4 inch bristle worm reproduce? I have one that stays in a rock and comes out everytime I put shrimp in the tank. I do not care that he is in there because I know they will eat whats not eaten.

Um, 3 to 4" is bigger than any bristle worm I want in my tank.
We have them in the 1" long, 1/32" wide range.
Until the Copperband butterfly gets a hold of them.
You could eventually end up with Alex on Garf.org.

I would consider adding some variety to the clownfish diet.
Kind of like I'm not supposed to eat just doughnuts...

I have tried sneaking up on the worm with tweezers and stuff but its too fast. If the worm
only comes out for food and it runs from the fish then it does not seem like a problem. As long as there does not become a colony.
About the diet... I am hoping the flakes are pizza and the shrimp are doughnuts because that sounds amazing. Not sure what else to feed them, they go wild over just the flakes, the shrimp is only to feed the corals but the fish steal some.
