Noice from wavebox

Still after app. 2 month running with my wavebox it keep on snoring!! quit loud. The box is app. 1 1/2 year old so do I need to replace sponge or o-ring??.
Also I am missing the user manual any copy?

Maybe you have the older version that the cover only had three slots instead of 9? What is your email and I can email a manual.
