Noise levels

Hey Roger,

Finally got my two 6000's set up in their final resting place in my 110 gallon. Anyway, they're quiet, but not dead silent, maybe equivelant in noise to my 30 dB computer fan.

Is there any way to get them completely silent? They're brand new, so cleaning them isn't the issue. And if it makes a difference, they're magnet-mounted.

If they can't be quieted down any further, it's survivable, but I wanted to check in and see if there's anything I can do.

Give them time, there is a period of about 2 weeks where some wear in occurs and the pumps get quieter.

Okay thanks for the answer and amazingly quick response. I'll let you know if any noise is still there in 2 weeks.
