Non-DIY Automatic Water Change System for Basement

I'm wondering if anyone is aware of a non-DIY automatic water change system that could be used in the basement with the tank one floor above it.

I've checked out the Genesis Renew system, however, it needs to go above the tank since it uses gravity to feed water back into the tank. If it was able to work below the tank it would be exactly what I'm looking for.

I've also looked at the system by Reef Float, unfortunately it can't be plumbed directly into a water supply or drain due to the way it works.

Are there any other systems out there that I could check out?

Get an Apex or Profilux; both can automate WCs and control everything else you need it to.

The renew will work fine if you have a sump below you tank or in your basement. You can draw the dirty water from the sump and return the new water to the sump. I use the renew and do just that. While I do have the waste water metering bin under the tank just above the sump, the new water metering bin is located outside in my water storage shed. That line returns through the wall and into the sump. The other alternative would be the Litermeter 3 and a slave pump which would work just fine drawing from the basement and returning to the display or vice versa. I used the Litermeter 3 for automated water changes for a few years and it worked well at changing 3.7 gallons a day. It's just slow and not really convenient for larger water changes where as the Genesis can crank out 50 or even 99 gallon continuous water changes at a rate of around a gallon every 2 minutes. I much prefer the Renew over the Litermeter for speed, volume, lack of maintenance and convenience however, the Litermeter will get the job done too.

I purchased a Genesis system for my new tank, it wasn't cheap and due to the long runs I had it was tough to get setup, but I have to say it was the best money I have spent on aquarium equipment. Hit two buttons and walk away, water change is done. If you can make it work I highly recommend it.
