Non Electric Blue Devil??

About 2 and a half months ago, a friend of mine bought a Blue Devil damsel for me. I quarantained it for 3 weeks, then I introduced her to my tank. The problem is that she is not electric blue, it is just blue. Now it is about 1.5 " . I t has no yellow tail, no black spot and no black strikes in the eyes......
She is healthy and eating well.

Any idea what could it happen?

Its probably just the color of the fish, but they can be classified as a blue devil.

I've had Blue devil damsels in the past, and I've seen them in the stores as well, but this one is not electric....., additionally is a little bit darker too.....
