Non recovering bta

I have two of these who shrank down to roughly golf ball size from softball size with tiny nubs for tentacles after a tank move. All other coral (including other bta's and sps) are fine and growing with almost perfect params, but these two haven't improved in over 3 months. Any ideas?

They have also moved all over the tank with no sign of settling down, and they aren't taking food either.

I'm having an issue with my BTA also, just doesn't look to well. For some reason picked a spot under a rock over hang so I am not sure if it's getting enough light

If the BTA's aren't responsive to feeding and they are moving around then it could be harassment from something. It's not always water quality, light or flow.
