Hallo Roger

Need support abouth customer nonreturn valve.
He bought komplete 7074/2 and with the return ,black, valve, CO2 can not escape. Actualy we have more non return valves like this that our customers did not use because it did not release CO2 in the direction of the arow on it.
What we doing wrong?

Thanks

This valve has a very high resistance, it is designed only for high pressure gases, the regulator must be set to at least 2 bar to open the valve. Sometimes the first opening it is stiff and it may take 2-3bar, as long as you keep at least 2bar after this it should open.

Hi Roger,

Thanks, I supose this could be .

We also using only Tunze presure reducers, were is stated presure have to set 0.5 bar?
Do You think is safe to set it 2-3 bar?

I have always used a 2bar pressure, the older 7077/2 regulators used to have a red mark that 2.5 bar was the upper safe limit.
