noob anemone question

just wondering when it it a good time to introduce an anemone. Is it better if i have no corals? or is it alright to have corals first then introduce the anemone later. I would really like for my two clowns to hoast one but i just want to make sure its the right time to put one into my tank. I have a 37 gal with 128watt pc lighting a cpr fuge and skimmer combo a rena canister and two power heads.

after the tank has been set up for over 6 months is a good time to think about anemones

is it ok to have corals already in the tank? or should i wait until the anemone has found its happy spot.
ps im thinking about getting a rose bubble

If i could do it all over again i would prob do anemone first then once he is happy and situated put corals around it. Woke up in the morning to find too many burned corals
