Hey my inlaws are moving to florida and we are going to go down and spend a week or two with them. I was wondering If there are any certifications you need to get before you can go snorkeling? Ive been certified twice in boyscouts but that was a few years ago. Also how far has the oil made it? Ive heard its starting to reach south Florida. Theyre moving to the east coast side close to orlando, so wheres a good spot to dive there that has some decent life, and maybe a couple small-medium sharks. I want to sharkdive haha. Thanks!
