I know it's normal for BTA's to shrink down occasionally but how often and for how long is normal? I'm a bit concerned with the BTA I bought last week. It came with a pair of Clarkii's and has ate well the couple of times I've fed it but the last 3 days or so it has shrunk waaaaay down and stayed like that for several hours. Just when I think it must be on the outs, it starts expanding and gets all huge and bubbled again. It'll stay like that the rest of the day. Water quality is good (1.025, 80 degrees, 8.2 pH, 0ppm on A,N and N) I don't think flow or lighting is the issue because it hasn't moved at all since I put it in the tank. Is it just adjusting to the new tank or is it likely not doing well? Or is this completely normal?
