Normal Clown Behavior or No?

Okay so there is no such thing as a "normal" behavior for clowns... but I want to make sure they aren't sick.

My female Ocellaris clown today shoved her whole body into the substrate for no reason, wriggling through it and made an indent in the bed for no reason (this is the only time I've seen it happen).

Water parameters are all clear (just cleaned the tank a few days ago and temp is a consistent 75F) and no signs of illness. Is this something Clowns usually do?

She is digging a pit - pretty normal. Wait until she starts moving rocks around - clownfish like to decorate the tank their way which is in most cases not the way you like it.

Okay thanks! She's bright and a little pig when it comes to food; it appears she made the area larger, but I'm glad! Thanks guys!
