oh wow
in my exp. any corals that are browned out have a decent chance, green/white....i have had a couple pull through but it took months and they corals have eventually died out over time. white = sigh
its actually decent outside for this time of year too. sorry to see all those corals like that![]()
I am semi positive about this because one of the nicest corals i have in my tank came from one coralite. So even the white ones might have a coralite that i can't see yet.
The guy who did send them might be nice enough to re-ship again as they were just frags. I will talk to him today about that possibility.
I like to hold the algea sometimes and it seems like they enjoy eating from the clip. Plus, they can graze that way over a longer period of time. Yes, the wrought iron is going to be a show stopper. I've really missed the presence that big blue gave the tank. One really dumb mistake on my part.
I have had several corals come back to life after being "dead" for months, covered in algae (after death) etc. It can happen, which is why I usually don't remove them from the system. I would sometimes just place them out of view, and see what happens.
