For an equipment update...

I'm getting Self Cleaning Heads with water washdown for both my Bubble King Skimmers. My production should go up 75% from a weekly perspective. They are ultra expensive, but worth it in the long run.

Also, I'm ordering a Royal Exclusive Vertex 300 cone skimmer for my 125g QT.

Lastly, I just got my 10gpd water change pump. It basically will pull 10g of tank water and add 10g fresh mixed saltwater at the same time over a 12-24 hour period.

So does the SCH retract or anything? If not how does having the cleaning part affect the bubble column? Oh and that has to be one of the coolest Ideas I have ever seen.

Does not retract and does not affect the bubble neck at all with the limited research i've done. Not a whole bunch of people have these.

I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed. When I add it to a cup of water to thaw, the water stays very clear. The fish and corals seem very happy.
