I nem proofed my mj1200 with a window screen before getting a rbta, and it looks like it slowed down the floow significantly. Rbta settled in good spot so im afraid to move anything. I have a power head aimed at the back wall, same as before no changes. Should i make a some holes in to the window screen? Or maybe ad a second power head? What do you think?

Go for a second power head. It will give better flow than just one bouncing off of the back wall.

what size tank? you want around 20x min IMO with the use of 2 or more powerheads, using 2 or more will allow a much better random flow.
Tank standard 29 gallon with hob skimmer. Where should i place it? Oposite wall? Same as this one?
