Not Good

Got home from work and when I went to feed my reef I found my pumping Xenia not looking well. The base looks purple and the pulsing flowers are closed and look white. I got a single frag about a month ago and I was starting to get worried because it had split into seven individual corals and I was thinking this stuff is growing like a weed. Now it doesn't look so good. My water perimeters are not out of line from where I normally keep them except my temp which was high 82 and when I checked my P04was around.25 ppm. My shrooms and rics look great. Any thoughts about what might be going on would be appreciated.

In my experience, Xenia is very sensitive to rapid temp spikes, or higher stable temps.

I've even heard of people raising their temp to get rid of a extreme Xenia infestations.

Other than the, PH and Salinity fluctuation seem to be bad news as well.
