Not Happy

I emailed the customer service today already. I ordered 3 Diver Den's items and 2 sale items from Dr.Foster smith. Only 1 item arrived today and to make it worse. I was charged for 2 Diver Den's items.. and I only received one!!!! What is going on??

Call them up at their 1-800 number on their website. Live Aquaria's customer service is great. They will assist you and get it straightend out.
