well i have used marine depot from dec on for most of my major purchases, shipping is usually on the slow side, but they have a good inventory, prices are ok, etc...

anyhow from december till april i have ordered 8 times,
for a total of over 2600.00 usd...

anyhow on march i ordered 2 hydor koralias pump model 2. i recieved them on a timely manner well packed as always....

now may 10(not even 3 month old pumps) i start to get electrocuted by both pumps, i dont mean a little shock, i mean darn i cant put my hand on my tank kind of shock.....

i recieved a very polite email from trevor were he tells me were i can contact hydor, because maybe they can offer replacement...

wow gentleman were are your customer service values

i didnt buy the pumps from hydor, i bought them from marine depot, as such i expect a support from you guys...

if trulys this is what i can expect from marinedepot, so be it, the trash can is in the corner, but this at least might serve to possible customers before ordering.....

i am truly disapointed, thx god i didnt pull the triger on my next order....

You are welcome to return the Pumps to Marine Depot and we will replace them, no problem. However if you contact Hydor they have been doing a little something extra for their customers. That is why Trevor suggested you contact the manufacturer. Also Hydor handles warranty for the pumps they manufacture, so it would be more expeditious to contact them directly.

well just because marinedepot distributes them doesnt mean they make them and know the blue-prints by heart (well they do but not as well as the manufactorers, hydor)

I dont see why this is such a surprise to you...
