So let me say that I've never posted to praise a store's good service, until now.:wavehand:

I've recently purchased close to $2,000 worth of goods from Premium Aquatics for my new 210G build. I've been so used to using Amazune and other FishX Depot websites and didn't really consider Premium Aquatics as they are nowhere near CA where I live. I am however thankful that I tried them out as their prices are close to unbeatable.

Situation 1: Ordered a ton of stuff, then on a separate order ordered the wrong item (APEX DC8 instead of the PB8... DOH!!!:headwalls:). Contacted Jeremy and he was able to issue an RMA without question, and even honored a holiday coupon that I used that had at that time expired. He even included NEW items that I added to that second order with the correct PB8 and applied the coupon to everything. SWEET... above and way beyond. The issue was completely my fault and they found a way to make it work.

Situation 2: Ordered some more stuff. One item was out of stock. I was notified immediately of the situation and was ensured that the item would be in within a couple days. They did want me to make sure that I would be ok waiting for the item. Again, I added more items to this order so they too would qualify for free shipping as well... no issues, fast communications, no hassles. SWEET.

Situation 3: My only regret is not ordering everything for my new build with them as I did experience bad service from another retailer. I had an issue with one of the items I ordered (NOT from Premium Aquatics). I emailed Jeremy to see if I could get a RMA for a replacement. He was immediately able to get me in contact with the manufacturer to get me help with the unit before making an unnecessary return... he did this without even confirming I purchased the unit from him. :confused: Yup... turns out I ordered from another retailer... oops... however, Jeremy was willing to help me before even confirming "sir, do you have your receipt?". Again... extremely helpful.

Needless to say I will never hesitate to order from Premium Aquatics again in the future, and will make every effort possible to order exclusively from them. Oh... did I mention their shipping is very fast too? And packaged extremely well. :fish2:

Forgot Situation # 4: Ordered a Reef Octopus 3000 int for my 210g. I was on the fence about that one vs the larger 5000 int model. So, I call them up to ask their opinion. I was ready to open my wallet to give them more money at their suggestion, but after talking with their techs, they recommended the 3000 model instead as I would have better results with it in my application. To me, for a retailer to make a suggestion that results in less money in their pockets, shows true integrity on their part. Again, thanks!
