Thanks Stephanie.

I would like to add this is a great way to get more involved with the club.
In all ways, we strive to bring to you the information and expertise to help you develop and grow the very best tank you can. To do this we need input and help.

I encourage everyone to tell the curtrent and future leadership teams what YOU want to see and what you need to know.

Members who have been in the club several years, I really encourage you to assist the leadership team.

This is a great club, with great programs and the future will only get better and better.

Paul.

I nominate Paul for Presidency.

If he's willing to continue after completing the remainder of this term, I think he is a good leader to get the club back on its feet.

Paul is a great steward of the hobby. However, I suppose I have been absent for some time. I thought the club was doing well.

my only request is if there is a new president, that they have a strong, powerful speaking voice so everyone can hear what is being said during meetings. nothing drives me more crazy than 'sitting on the wrong side' and not being able to hear half of what is said, after all it is a pretty large area we're in.

that being said, i would be grateful for Paul to remain as president if he still wants too. if i remember correctly when he took the position back over a couple months ago there was some kind of by-law stating he couldn't be president of the club again, but if he is willing to take it on again, can we not as a club abolish this by-law alltogether? just a thought.

also would like to keep Lynn as our person in charge of the frags. he's doing a woderful job and i like how we get to see pics of the actual corals we actually receive and not some generic 'stock photo' pictures pulled from the internet. i also like how he did away with waiting list. it gives some of us newer club members a chance to get in on some of the nicer frags. and lets face, it is not easy for people new to the club to trade frags with some of the more experienced club members. i don't think anyone with experience really wants to trade some of their SPS for some button or star polyps.

Thanks Stephanie.

I'm not really comfortable holding some of the positions, but found something I can do. Being more involved has completely changed the way I view the club and has made it so much easier to meet people.

Get ahold of somebody on the current team and ask questions if you have any interest in being more involved.

BTW:

I would be happy to be President of the club again.
If anyone wishes to also run for President, please feel free to post your name here, or PM myself or Stephanie.

Paul.

I second Cory on Paul and Lynn.....

I would like to offer any assistance with the website hosting and/or design... etc.

Hey, I really appreciate the kind words from you both. I've really enjoyed my time. However, Donor Chairman is an appointed position as opposed to elected and, as such, serves at the wishes of the current president.
We'll see in a few weeks.
It could surely be one of you holding the COMAS tank.
